A Taste Of Malta

Join us on a journey through history and discover how new ingredients not only changed the landscape of the Maltese islands but its people’s diets as well. We are offering two different kind of sessions. A cooking session were our chef instructor will guide you through the process of making fresh pasta dough and shaping it into perfect ravjul. As well as a local tasting experience giving you the opportunity to taste Maltese wines, sample a selection of local artisan products such as cheese, honey, preserves, as well as olive oil.
