Have you ever wanted to be part of a truly unique experience, harvesting olives for olive oil? It is almost harvesting season for our Bidni olives which we press for our monovarietal Bidni olive oil.
This year we are hosting a hands on harvesting event together with a dinner to give anyone wishing to join, a glimpse into what it takes for us to harvest, press and enjoy the work involved around producing a great quality olive oil.
The programme for this special event is as follows:
2:00 pm Guests arrive
2:30 pm Introduction from Immanuel (Cultivator)
3:30 pm Olive picking
5:45 pm Short talk about olive oil processing including a comparative tasting

Farro salad with carrot, kale & cumin

Honey tart with roast fruit, yoghurt and mint
Each participant will also go home with a special version of our 500 ml Bidni, endemic monovarietal olive oil, with filigree made by a local artisan.Sounds interesting?
