This session is perfect for groups of people who enjoy cooking with bold flavours and want to add some competition to their next get together.
The group will be split up into 3-4 teams and prepare a variety of Maghrebi and Levantine inspired dishes. Each team will have the same recipes but, under the watchful guidance of our chef instructors, will be judged on their flavours as well as presentation and personal touches. Once the cooking and competing are over, the group can sit at the table and tuck into their lavish feast of small plates with paired wine, followed by a dessert prepared by our chefs.
