Pollen is being held on three evenings – 30th and 31st March and 1st April, at Castello dei Baroni in Wardija.
The menu inspired by the freshest produce available this season – and the huge majority of it is sustainable and locally-sourced. You can take a look at what we’ve got in store for you, here. We recommend to come with an open mind and look forward to trying the menu our team has created for you.
We’ve created alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks pairings for every course, and it's all included in the ticket price! A cash bar will not be available on the night. We’ve listed all pairings here.
Plenty of fun! From the beer pairing snacks at the start to the dessert at the end, Pollen is all about enjoying innovative, sustainable food with friends. It will be relaxed, informative and – crucially – delicious. We hope you will leave satisfied, with a new appreciation and love for the incredible produce that Malta has to offer.
No, parties of people (whether couples or groups) will be sat together. The dining room will be set up as one long stretch of tables that are slightly apart.

Pollen will be relaxed and informal. We recommend smart-casual attire.
Up to 40 tickets are available each evening. Please contact us ASAP if you’d like to book for a large group, as tickets are selling fast and availability is limited.
Sure, but we don’t recommend it. We’ll start with an informal beer pairing reception at 7.30pm and dinner service will start at 8pm. We wouldn’t like you to miss out on any of it!
This event is exclusively for those over 17.
We love pets here at the Mediterranean Culinary Academy! But, on this occasion, we are not able to accept them due to the nature of the event.
