Join us for the latest edition of Branch to Bottle, an annual tradition since 2019, where we proudly introduce the newest harvest of Bidni Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This year, we’re excited to bring back beloved favourites while unveiling new and thrilling collaborations that promise to make this experience unforgettable. Your evening begins with a warm welcome, featuring a refreshing drink and delightful nibbles. As the sun begins its descent, you’ll be led through the enchanting olive grove, where you’ll witness the art of olive picking firsthand. For those eager to truly immerse themselves, there will be an opportunity to try your hand at harvesting the olives. The journey continues as you’re guided to a secluded part of the grove for a comparative tasting among the trees. Here, you’ll sample the fresh batch of Bidni olive oil, alongside another high-quality local oil, and a standard supermarket variety. This engaging, gamified tasting will deepen your understanding of olive oil, revealing the subtle differences and the exceptional quality of our local produce. As twilight settles in, you’ll relax and indulge in a sumptuous 5-course meal, crafted entirely from local fruits, vegetables, and proteins. Each course will be perfectly paired with exquisite wines from Marsovin, enhancing the flavours and the experience. This year, we’re thrilled to add a special pre-dessert local cheese course, featuring creations from the masterful cheesemakers at Delectat, to round off your sunset dinner.
