Did you know that you can create all kinds of delicacies using brioche dough? Sweet or savoury brioche can be enjoyed on any occasion, at any time of the day. This masterclass will show you how to make the perfect brioche dough. From kneading the dough to baking, you’ll go through each of the steps under the guidance of our chef instructor. You will be learning how to make the following from your brioche doughs: - Brioche balls filled with homemade marmalade - Brioche rosemary-scented loaf - Cinnamon rolls - Burger buns Outcomes: - Understand the science behind the dough - Learn different variations of brioche - How to notice when the dough isn't right and how to rectify certain issues. - The importance of an egg wash - Apply kitchen professionalism: timing, cleanliness and organisation Regardless of what we’re cooking, you don’t have to worry about a thing as we’ll provide all the recipes, tools and ingredients you need for the session. Note: This dough requires a lot of prep time, preferably starting the day before. Therefore, we will be doing the prep work for certain stages to ensure that you’ll be able to enjoy your brioche at the end of the workshop. You’ll still work through all the stages during the masterclass.
