Each booking (1) is valid for a couple (2). Hand-cut tagliatelle from scratch served with a beautiful ragù made from local rabbit. Followed by a Basque burnt cheesecake. Our chef instructors will guide you through the steps of transforming eggs, flour and a few other ingredients into velvety, rich tagliatelle. To complement the pasta, our instructors will show you how to turn inexpensive cuts of meat into a delicious, hearty ragù and how to cook the two together to create the perfect finished dish. Outcomes: • Make an Italian style egg pasta dough from scratch • Roll and cut the dough into tagliatelle • Make a ragù using seasonal ingredients • Properly finish a plate of pasta and sauce • Uncover the history of the use of rabbit and pasta in Malta • Create Basque burnt cheesecake • Apply kitchen professionalism: timing, cleanliness and organization. • Perform basic knife cuts and techniques. • Plate food beautifully Regardless of what we’re cooking, you don’t have to worry about a thing as we’ll provide all the recipes, tools and ingredients you need for the session.
