Seasonal fish served with salad and thinly sliced roast potatoes Join us in our Fish Workshop where we will dive into the history that connects Malta to the Mediterranean and how to best source sustainable, fresh seafood. Our chefs will demonstrate the best techniques to prepare fish, guiding you through the process of cooking a complete dish using nothing but the best in locally sourced seafood and vegetables from our personal network of fishermen and farmers. Once all the cooking is complete, we invite you to take a seat and enjoy the fruits of your labour with a glass or two of wine, paired for the occasion. Outcomes: • Obtaining the knowledge and skills to source and fillet sustainable fish • Learning how to pan-fry fish • Creating a seasonal salad and thinly sliced roast potatoes • Understanding kitchen professionalism: timing, cleanliness and organisation • Practicing basic knife cuts and techniques • Plating food beautifully Regardless of what we’re cooking, you don’t have to worry about a thing as we’ll provide all the recipes, tools and ingredients you need for the session. After we’re done? Well, things don’t end once the cooking session is complete. You can choose to dig into your meal with a glass of wine or take your accomplishments home to share with your loved ones.
