Each booking (1) is valid for 2 people Join us for a fun and educational couple's cooking class where you'll learn to make baked fish farce ravioli with mascarpone and a white wine butter sauce. Our chef instructor will guide you through the process of making the ravioli from scratch, including preparing the filling, rolling out the pasta dough, and sealing the edges to create a decorative pattern. You'll also learn how to make a delicious white wine and butter sauce that perfectly complements the flavors of the ravioli. For dessert, you'll make a refreshing lemon posset with marinated strawberries and langues de chat, a classic French cookie. Our instructor will teach you how to achieve the perfect consistency for the posset, as well as the techniques for making the langues de chat. Throughout the class, you'll learn basic knife skills and kitchen techniques, including timing, cleanliness, and organization. We provide all the ingredients and equipment needed for the session, and an apron will be provided for you. Don't forget to bring a reusable container for leftovers, so you can enjoy your meal at home with a glass of wine. Please note that ingredient availability and seasonality may affect the ingredients used in the class.
