Oktoberfest Workshop

Private Event - Up to 10 participants

  • Starts 02 Oct
  • 750 euros

During the Oktoberfest workshop our chef will demonstrate how to make warm, chewy Laugenbrezel (soft pretzels). We’ll also explain the process behind making a traditional Weißwurst (Bavarian sausage) which is typically made from minced veal and pork bacon, and seasoned with parsley, lemon, cardamom, and ginger. Each participant will get the opportunity to shape and cook their own Laugenbrezel as well as compete in a competition which involves stuffing and shaping a traditional Weißwurst sausage. Homemade condiments and sauerkraut will be served with the sausages. After we’re done, you’ll get to sit down and enjoy the fruit of your labour along with a couple of beers together.
