Learn the intricacies of handling pie dough to create a delicious pastry base, and discover the secrets of transforming fresh lemons into a delightful curd. Day 2 - Cassatella Extravaganza: Dive into the techniques of creating Cassatella, a delightful pastry with a Sicilian twist. This session combines hands-on experience, ensuring you understand the practical skills involved in creating this beloved sweet. Day 3 - Enriched Dough Adventures - Cinnamon and Chocolate Rolls: Uncover the magic of enriched dough as we embark on a journey to create heavenly cinnamon and chocolate rolls. Gain insights into the science of enriched doughs, and master the art of crafting fillings that will leave your creations irresistible. Day 4 - Chiffon Sponge Mastery - Chocolate Mousse, Glaze, and Buttercream: In this final lesson, we bring together all the pastry principles covered throughout the course to create a layered masterpiece. This session is a culmination of baking perfection, providing you with the skills to impress with your divine creations. Do you need to bring anything? We recommend bringing a reusable container; apart from that, we provide aprons, all the necessary ingredients, and equipment for the entire duration of the session.
