During the workshop, the chef instructors will guide you through the process of making homemade sausages, including a chicken gouda sausage and our interpretation of Maltese sausage, along with preparing a delicious BBQ sauce. Additionally, you'll learn how to create a vibrant seasonal vegetable salad to complement your sausages. Under the supervision of our chef instructors, everyone will have the opportunity to make their own sausages and cook them to perfection. What will you learn during the workshop? 1. How to make sausages at home using basic kitchen equipment 2. The art of crafting BBQ sauce 3. Composing a colourful grilled salad and creating a matching vinaigrette 4. Mastering basic knife cuts and techniques 5. Applying kitchen professionalism, including timing, cleanliness, and organisation. Do you need to bring anything with you? We recommend bringing a reusable container for any leftovers you may have. Apart from that, we will provide you with an apron, as well as all the necessary ingredients and equipment for the entire session. Will you get time to enjoy the food you've cooked? Absolutely! You'll have the opportunity to sit at your table, savor the fruits of your labor, and indulge in a well-deserved meal. To accompany your culinary creation, we'll also serve you a glass of refreshing beer. Please note that the ingredients mentioned above may vary based on product seasonality and availability.
