Learn about the use of the tajine that delivers such fantastic flavours, ingredients, spices, as well as how it all comes together. The preparation of the tajine was typically reserved for celebration days, weddings and highly-esteemed guests. We can’t wait to teach you how to create your own representation of this famous North African dish. What will I learn? The use of a tajine Use fresh local ingredients Prepare a meal using chicken Create delicious sides to complement the tajine Learn about spices and how they can lift any dish to a different level Perform basic knife cuts and techniques Apply kitchen professionalism: timing, cleanliness, and organization Do I need to bring anything with me? We do recommend you bring a reusable container along with you. Other than this we will provide you with an apron as well as all the ingredients, and equipment needed for the duration of the session. Will we get time to eat what food we’ve cooked? Yes, you are welcome to have a glass of wine and enjoy your meal. Although you’re equally welcome to take your dish home with you to delight family and friends *Ingredients indicated above may change according to product seasonality and availability.
