For this special evening, we have teamed up with Fausto Soldini owner of Zero Sei Trattoria and Sotto Pinsa Romana to offer you an exclusive opportunity to learn how to make a Roman style pasta dish. In this workshop Fausto will share his tricks into making the perfect Carbonara and how to source the finest ingredients. You will then replicate and make your own carbonara from scratch using dry pasta. Outcomes: • Learn about the history and culture • How to source quality ingredients • How to cook dry pasta • Compose a beautifully emulsified carbonara Regardless of what we’re cooking, you don’t have to worry about a thing as we’ll provide all the recipes, tools, and ingredients you need for the session. After we’re done? Well, things don’t end once the cooking session is complete. You can choose to enjoy the fruits of your labour and sit at your table to dig into your meal with a glass of wine.
