Taste of Malta

Hand Rolled Cannelloni, stuffed with Irkotta and Sprinkled with traditional aromatics.

Join us on a journey through history and discover how new ingredients not only changed the landscape of the Maltese islands but its people’s diets. Together we will be cooking a dish inspired from an 18th-century recipe using local sustainable ingredients. After cooking, participants will sit down to a tasting of delicious local wines and traditional snacks and enjoy eating the dish which they prepared.
