Being brought up in a family of hoteliers Tonio finished his education with a bachelor in Tourism studies after having graduated with honors at the Institute of tourism studies in hospitality management. After having gained experience in the industry he decided to set up his own business venture focusing his attention on food preparation and production. Throughout the 12 years running this venture Tonio broadened his skill set in trying to achieve versatility. In the last few years he has been able to enrich his portfolio gaining experience on super yachts, five star hotels as well as the health and vegan niche.
