A bold blend of 65% Syrah and 35% Cabernet Franc, this wine reveals forest-fruit aromas with hints of tobacco and black pepper. The vines, planted in 2003, yield up to 1.8 kg per Syrah vine and 1.6 kg per Cabernet Franc vine, ensuring concentration and depth.
Best served at 18 °C, it pairs beautifully with robust meat dishes, stews, and lightly spiced cuisine. Decant one hour before serving.
With origins dating back to experimental vintages from 2006, this wine can age gracefully for at least 10 years—and, in exceptional vintages, for decades. Annual production averages around 12,000 bottles, depending on yield and weather.
