Each booking (1) is valid for 2 people Join us on a hands-on cooking experience. Our couple cooking classes are designed to inspire you to be more creative and confident in the kitchen. You’ll be working with your partner to create a dinner for two. Together you will first be shown how to make the silkiest, hand made pasta stuffed with a lamb filling and served with a local vegetable ragu and topped with roasted pistachios. As a dessert, each couple will create a luxurious chocolate mousse as well as a whiskey snap. What will we learn? Use your knife skills for a variety of chopping techniques Make pasta by hand from scratch Compose a beautifully emulsified sauce with seasonal vegetables Construct a mousse and balance out its richness Learn to work as a team to make home dinners more exciting Perform basic knife cuts and techniques Apply kitchen professionalism: timing, cleanliness and organization Do we need to bring anything with us? We do recommend you bring a reusable container along with you. Other than this we will provide you with an apron as well as all the ingredients, and equipment needed for the duration of the session. Will we get time to eat what food we’ve cooked? Yes, you are welcome to have a glass of wine and enjoy your meal together.
