This class will be run by Anastasia Zarb Cousin, the founder of Anastasia’s Delights. Anastasia Zarb Cousin is an experienced pastry chef living in Malta since 2009. Starting off as a self-taught hobby baker, Anastasia’s passion to pastry has turned out as a profession, when she started her Instagram page for Anastasia’s Delights selling handmade desserts and offering baking classes both online and offline. Anastasia has been working hand in hand with the French chef for a high-end confectionery Sunday in Scotland, and was a pastry chef in Malta’s most popular French craft bakery Manouche. This course has been designed for beginners who wish to learn new baking skills but also pastry enthusiasts who wish to deepen their knowledge in macaron making and improve their techniques. Learn all the secrets of the most capricious dessert, professional baking techniques and tips for perfect shells and delicious fillings, info about all the equipment required and the best ingredients for the finest macarons that melt in your mouth. Anastasia will be providing guidance throughout the session so you will have the opportunity to see the macaron creation from A to Z.
