What better way is there to enjoy a warm spring afternoon than by tucking into a beautiful medley of antipasti using fresh seafood with a crisp glass of white wine? Enjoying beautiful fish dishes doesn’t need to be a pleasure reserved strictly for restaurant dining, you’ll leave our hands-on session with all the techniques you need to create variations of these stunning recipes at home. During this session you’ll learn how to: · Fillet and prepare a whole fish · Slice and season fish to create a fish crudo · Season and mix delicious fish cakes · Clean and steam mussels with a medley of spring flavours · Bring the three recipes together to create a beautiful antipasti plate · Apply kitchen professionalism: timing, cleanliness and organisation · Perform fundamental cooking techniques Regardless of what we’re cooking, you don’t have to worry about a thing as we’ll provide all the recipes, tools and ingredients you need for the session. All we ask is that you turn up on time so we can all get started together! After we’re done? we will pour the wine while you get to enjoy the fruits of your labour or take it home to share with your loved ones.
